Raccoon Audio Privacy Policy

Raccoon Audio Inc. (“Raccoon Audio,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) develops and sells audio-plug-in licences, including EchoSnack Delay. We respect your privacy and design our products to minimise the data we collect. This Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can exercise your rights.

Deleting an activation record deactivates the plug-in on that computer; you can still activate another machine.

We never sell your data. We share only with:

Primary storage location: Canada. For EU/UK users, transfers rely on Canada’s adequacy decision and Standard Contractual Clauses with vendors.
